From Adil research to import readiness

Once the initial research is complete, convert it into an operational checklist. Confirm the product description and HS code, list the required documents, identify the importer of record, verify the commercial value and origin, and assign an owner for each step. Send the checklist to the Turkish supplier so the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and product documents are prepared consistently. Send the same information to the forwarder and customs broker before booking. At pre-shipment review, compare the final documents to the research record. Resolve differences in product names, quantities, weights, values, or consignee details before departure. Update the record when the broker provides a confirmed interpretation. Adil research is most useful when it becomes a shared, dated, and reviewable import file rather than a one-time search.
